Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped straight to you. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to check its status.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier first. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at hello@shop-glu.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

GLU isn’t responsible for stolen packages or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout. Double-check your address before placing your order to avoid any mishaps.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. GLU is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges.

Returns

We want you to love your GLU.

Underwear & Base Boyshorts: For hygiene reasons, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Everyday Racerback, Everyday Boyshort, Core Halter, and Base Bandeau: Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.
